5 A Day Reward Chart
Mealtimes can now be fun and healthy as children earn rewards for eating well.
How it works:
Place a reward in on the reward's spoon. It might be a trip to the cinema or a new book or toy. Each time your child eats a portion of a fruit or vegetable, the Velcro piece goes onto the plate segments. A full plate in a day and you can place the marker on the first star. 7 stars earns the reward!
Take to restaurants, grandma's house or day trips. |
